How do I join the referral program?
Once you're a subscriber, simply visit your parent dashboard and navigate to the Referrals section. Click "Join the Referral Program" and you'll instantly get your unique referral link.
When do I earn credits?
You earn credits when someone signs up using your referral link AND becomes a paying subscriber (after their trial period ends). Credits are automatically added to your account.
How are credits applied?
Credits automatically apply to your Stripe customer balance and will be used on your next invoice. If you have 2 months of credit and your subscription is €10/month, your next 2 invoices will be free!
Do credits expire?
Credits typically expire after 12 months if unused, but this may vary. Check your referral dashboard for specific expiry dates on your earned credits.
Can I refer unlimited people?
Yes! There's no limit to how many people you can refer. The more successful referrals you have, the higher your tier and the more you earn per referral.
